We believe women are the basis of a community. They are the mentors and role models of our future generation. Unfortunately, in a society like ours, women are rarely encouraged to fulfilling their potential. AlGhina supports women financially, morally and emotionally to reach their full potential and financial independency.

Many women face many obstacles in the work field dealing with gender inequality, abuse and being underestimated by their recruiters. This affects their role in the community which they represent half of. Therefore, we are working hard to provide greater opportunities for women by contributing the resources they need through financial and in-kind assistance and by increasing their educational capabilities so that they can improve the living conditions for themselves and their families.
